Helen Osborne’s Health Literacy Podcasts

As you know from our mission statement, our goal with Celebrity Diagnosis is to increase health awareness and health literacy by using diseases of famous people as “teachable moments.” We were lucky to be able to sit down today with Helen Osborne, who is a nationally-known expert on communicating health and healthcare information and the founder of www.HealthLiteracy.com.

Ms. Osborne told us about an exciting new project she is doing, namely creating “Health Literacy Out Loud” podcasts. We’ve already listened to several of these and strongly recommend that you check them out.
