Lead Guitarist, Drake Levin, of 1960′s Group Paul Revere and the Raiders Dies from Throat Cancer at 62

Drake Maxwell Levinshefski (far right) was born August 17, 1946, in Chicago and died July 4, 2009, in his home in San Francisco, a victim of “throat cancer.” As we’ve previously discussed in the case of another musician Brett Hudson, “throat cancer” can mean several different things depending on where in the throat the cancer came from.
